I’m an early-career researcher specialising in breast cancer biology. I completed my undergraduate degree and PhD at the University of Brighton, where my research focused on the effects of stress hormone signalling in cancer, shaping my long-standing interest in how behavioural factors can influence disease progression.

I went on to carry out research at King’s College London, developing new imaging approaches to better understand treatment-resistant ovarian cancer. I subsequently moved to the Institute of Cancer Research in Professor Cathrin Brisken’s team, where I worked with advanced and patient-derived models to explore new treatments with translational potential for Lobular Breast Cancer.

In 2025, I joined City St George’s, University of London as a Translational Research Fellow, where I’m building my independent research programme. My work aims to combine mechanistic understanding with the development of clinically relevant therapeutic opportunities in hormone-driven cancers. I am especially motivated by research that has clear translational impact, and working closely with patients and advocates to make scientific advances meaningful and accessible.
